How to Purchase?
Step 1 – Select Your Product
Choose the product, size, and quantity you would like to purchase from our promotion.
Step 2 – Contact Sales PIC
Contact our sales team (012-316 5992 Ms Crystal) to confirm product availability and the promotional price.
Step 3 – Confirm Your Order
Provide your name, contact number, delivery address, product, size, and quantity for order confirmation.
Step 4 – Make Payment
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide the payment details. Please complete the payment and share payment slip.
Step 5 – Order Processing
After payment is received, we will process and prepare your order for delivery.
Step 6 – Delivery
Your order will be delivered to your provided address in Peninsular Malaysia.
Step 7 – Receive Your Order
Please inspect the items upon delivery and notify us within seven (7) days of any product discrepancy, shortage, or defect.
Return, Refund & Shipping Policies
1) Return & Refund Policy
- Promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item received is defective or of incorrect specification.
- Any claim for defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Customers may be required to provide photos or videos for verification.
- No return or refund will be accepted for change of mind, incorrect spec ordering, already installed and etc.
2) Shipping Policy
- Free delivery is applicable to Peninsular Malaysia only.
- Delivery to Sabah and Sarawak subject to additional logistic charges.
- Delivery is subject to courier service coverage and availability.
- Additional charges may apply for special delivery arrangements or areas not covered by our standard delivery service.
3) General Terms
- Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation shall not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
- All decisions regarding returns, refunds, and promotional terms are subject to the company's sole discretion.
